Ask the expert: protease & protein

On-demand

Have you wondered where the protease you’ve been using in your experiments and processes comes from, how they work, and what the most important principles to keep in mind are when optimizing or troubleshooting your proteolysis?

Novozymes protease biochemistry experts would like to take your questions in an Ask the Expert forum. At this exclusive session, you will be able to ask questions around proteases and how to use enzymes to modify the attributes of protein substrates.
