Emmanuel has a strong engineering background in Bio- and Food technology and is passionate about developing sustainable and biological solutions.

Suchitra Tripathy is the Industry Technology Manager leading the Technical Service Department for Novozymes’ Asia Pacific Region’s Food & Nutrition division.
She has two decades of experience in the field of enzyme application technology in the food industry and has led many groups including the Regional Innovation Team R&D and the Technical Services team for the baking industry in the Asia Pacific region.
