Helen Lai, PhD

Associate Marketing Manager, Novozymes North America

Helen leads consumer insight generation efforts at Novozymes North America. She empowers customers with real-time trends to simplify strategic planning, pivot marketing strategies, and strengthen positioning of product portfolios. Together with Novozymes’ in-depth global industry access and partnerships with market intelligence firms such as Nielsen, Euromonitor, and Mintel, she uncovers “hidden gem” opportunities to accelerate growth for cleaning product brands.

Helen holds a Doctorate degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington at Seattle. She is passionate about bringing biological innovations to a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future.

Emma Partridge

Associate Director, Brand Effectiveness, Nielsen

Emma leads client development and acquisition within the Brand Effectiveness Sales team at Nielsen, where she is responsible for opening up new pockets of growth for her clients through differentiated solutions that measure more of the evolving consumer landscape. Her goal is to help uncover blind spots in the marketplace, bridge the gap between offline and online, and activate against emerging opportunities with speed.

Emma is an advocate for continued learning and development for all associates at Nielsen, serving as Learning Culture Champion in the U.S. market and encouraging others to constantly seek new professional growth opportunities. She is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, an avid hiker, and current resident of Hoboken, NJ.
