Originally a food scientist from Copenhagen University, specialized in oenology at Adelaide university. Has +10 years of experience working with microbes to create tasty beverages with and with-out alcohol and is now focusing on bringing microbial based health solutions to the food and beverage industry. Currently responsible for the global commercial effort on Novozymes first function food product – MenaquinGold™ a natural vitamin K2, from a chickpea fermentation. She is super fascinated with all the benefits microbes can give us and believes that we are living in a bit of symbiosis with microbes and there is so much more for us to learn in this field.

Delphine Saulnier

Health Science and Technology Lead at Novozymes OneHealth for the Metabolic/Cardio Category. By training Delphine is a Food Engineer from Agrosup in France, and holds a PhD in Microbiology from the UK. Delphine has + 10 years of academics research, authoring more 20 publications, completed by 10 years in industry in the working with probiotic/prebiotics and vitamins.
Delphine’s current role is to set and drive the scientific agenda on high-profile projects central to the Novozymes OneHealth platform that includes vitamin K2-7, in order to deliver innovative new products by linking scientific advances with customer and consumer demands. Delphine is passionate about the use of biosolutions to improve human health. This include vitamin K2-7.

Rebecca Replogle

Speaker

Rebecca Replogle holds a doctorate in molecular and biochemical nutrition from Purdue University where she researched vitamin D and calcium metabolism. For nearly 10 years, Rebecca has led nutrition science research to substantiate functional claims and advance health-focused innovation in the food & beverage industry. In particular, she has cultivated expertise in the gut microbiome, functional ingredients, and research translation. In her current role as Nutrition Science Lead in Novozymes’ Customer Co-Creation Center, Rebecca brings her experience with vitamins, minerals, and biotic ingredients together to help customers create new and exciting food & beverage innovation.
